Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM EST cutoff) and typically arrive within 3-5 business days across the United States.

Free standard shipping on orders over $60. Below that, a flat shipping rate is calculated by delivery address at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please verify your address before checkout, as orders cannot be redirected once they leave our facility.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection, back to your original payment method.
