Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Anything that comes in after gets picked up the following business day. We work Monday through Friday, so weekends and public holidays don't count toward your processing window.

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.

• Free shipping on orders $60 USD and above.

Order Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If 4 business days have passed and you still have not received it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Taxes

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is running late, the first thing to do is pull up your tracking link. If it has been sitting without movement for more than 5 business days, or if it says delivered but nothing has arrived, reach out, and we will get to the bottom of it.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your orders. We cannot redirect a package once it has left our facility. If you spot an error right after ordering, contact us straight away. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update it before it goes out.
